Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Course/Service Cancellation

Cancellation by Saha Institute: Saha Institute reserves the right to cancel a course or service due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reasons. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

Participant's Cancellation: Participants may request to cancel their enrollment in a course or service. The following conditions apply:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made within one week before the start date of the course/service.
• Partial Refund: If the cancellation is requested after the specified period, a partial refund may be granted, subject to deductions for administrative fees or costs incurred by Saha Institute.
• No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the course/service has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances (to be determined at the discretion of Saha Institute).

Request Submission: Participants must submit a formal cancellation request in writing (email or through a specified form) to the institute's administrative office.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within one week from the date of the cancellation request approval.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified by both parties.

Medical or Emergency Situations: In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances preventing a participant from attending the course/service, Saha Institute may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, supported by valid documentation.

5. Changes to Policy

Saha Institute reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official communication channels.
